My menu plan is fairly simply for this week. My best friend, Notsosnowwhite is coming home from the hospital today. She will be recovering here with us, keep her in your thoughts.
My menu plan is:
- Monday: Quick and Easy Kid Friendly Pasta (a favorite of Prince Charming and Notsosnowwhite)
- Tuesday: Special Take out For Prince Charmings Birthday
- Wednesday: Unfried" Chicken Fried Rice
- Thursday: Cheddar Macaroni Beef Casserole
- Friday: Easy Layered Chicken Bake
- Saturday: slow cooker beef stew
- Sunday: Roast chicken and vegetables.
