Peanut butter fudge

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • sweetener to taste
  1. In a pot melt coconut oil and peanut butter. 
  2. Add vanilla, salt and sweetener after it is melted. 
  3. Line a 8 by 8 pan with wax paper. Pour on top. 
  4. Put in freezer for at least an hour. Remove from freezer and cut into pieces. Either store in fridge or freezer....if it makes it that long
  5. (you could try adding 3 oz of cream cheese . . . it is really good!)
