Coffee Frappe


  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1 heaping tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp glucomannan powder (or xanthan gum)
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 2 level scoops Kal stevia powder (or sweetener or choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 12 cubes ice or iced coffee (more if preferred)
  1. Blend almond milk, coffee, cocoa powder, glucomannan powder, sea salt, stevia, and vanilla well, 
  2. Then add ice or frozen coffee. Blend on high until ice is all processed.
  3. Add then add whey protein.
  4. Blend until desired consistency.
